Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Storage). All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information.

Your trainer: Your profile, plans, and check-ins are visible to your assigned trainer
Google Firebase: Our backend infrastructure provider

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you request account deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Access and update your personal information (via the app's Edit Profile screen)
Request deletion of your account and all associated data
